CNC manufacturers do not operate three separate worlds for people, programs and CAM. Operators must understand what happens at the machine, engineers must interpret existing CNC programs, and CAM programmers must create or repair manufacturing processes. MGC's technology portfolio addresses these activities through three specialist products rather than a single all-purpose AI chatbot.
1. TRAIN — HoloCNC Matrix
HoloCNC Matrix provides structured CNC operator preparation through desktop access and compatible immersive experiences. Its training journey connects onboarding, HSE/PPE, theory, guided Digital Twin machine interaction and recorded learning evidence. VERA supports the learning flow while a distinct assessment/audit layer can verify defined actions.

Digital preparation does not replace supervised machine training. It provides a repeatable stage before the learner needs production-machine time. Explore the HoloCNC training platform or try the browser preview.
2. UNDERSTAND — MGC Matrix AI for Mazatrol
Manufacturing knowledge is often locked inside existing programs, legacy formats and setup practices. MGC Matrix AI — Mazatrol is an offline-first, native-program intelligence and engineering workspace. Its workflow brings together Program Summary, Program View, family-specific interpretation, Shape Viewer, tool context, Setup Sheets, and Ask VERA.
It also includes a separate 2D CAD engineering workspace for turning and milling geometry, profiles, dimensions and coordinate output. This should not be mistaken for an unrestricted automatic conversion of every Mazatrol shape into CAD geometry.

Family coverage is broad but remains dependent on the particular native file and operation: unresolved items should be reported rather than guessed. Explore Mazatrol program intelligence.
3. CREATE AND REPAIR — MGC Matrix AI for Autodesk Fusion
MGC Matrix AI — Fusion supports controlled CAM workflow development inside Autodesk Fusion. Its demonstrated processes include native setups, machining operations, toolpath generation, simulation review and workflow recovery. A previously demonstrated Continue/Repair case covered two setups and 16 native CAM operations before production-oriented output.

Those are engineering demonstrations, not a promise of fully autonomous CAM for arbitrary components. The system remains in active generalisation testing, where feature coverage, geometry recognition and safe operation authoring are evaluated on additional parts. Explore the Fusion CAM assistant.
Why connect these products?
Prepare operators with repeatable digital learning and evidence.
Recover and organise manufacturing context held in existing Mazatrol programs.
Develop or recover native Fusion CAM processes with human review.
Carry approved programs and setup information into controlled manufacturing execution.
Each product works in its own engineering environment. The sequence describes a manufacturing-lifecycle strategy, not an already-integrated automatic file pipeline between all three applications.
Next step for manufacturers and training providers
For an evaluation, start with a real problem: an operator-training route, a representative native Mazatrol program, or an existing Fusion document that requires process planning or controlled recovery. A scoped demonstration gives much clearer evidence than general claims about AI.
